Operator / Crew Member

At LandEx Earthworks, we take pride in building high-end projects the right way with precision equipment, experienced operators, and a crew that genuinely cares about quality. We are looking for an experienced equipment operator / crew member who enjoys real dirt work and takes pride in producing clean, professional results.

Precision grading, excavation, drainage solutions, driveway construction, land clearing, utility work, rock walls, and fine finish work on custom homes, ranches, and rural properties throughout Southwest Colorado.

Applicants should have real-world experience operating compact track loaders, mini excavators, excavators, compaction equipment, and related machinery with care, awareness, and professionalism. We value operators who are smooth, efficient, mechanically aware, and capable of producing high-quality work without abusing equipment or cutting corners. Applicants must be able to read and shoot grade for elevations and drainage, maintain and inspect equipment daily, communicate professionally, and work alongside the crew when needed. Reliable transportation is required and all applicants must pass a hands-on field operator test before hiring.
