ABOUT THE POSITION

LandEx Earthworks is a small close-knit excavation company focused on high-quality workmanship, professionalism, and precision earthwork throughout Southwest Colorado.

Our work is performed on high-end mountain properties, ranches, custom homes, and rural acreage. Clients hire us because they expect clean, detailed, professional work done correctly the first time.

We are looking for dependable, hardworking crew members who take pride in their work, care for equipment properly, and want to be part of building one of the best excavation companies in Southwest Colorado.

This is an operator position, but all crew members are expected to help with shoveling, raking, cleanup, site organization, and general labor tasks when needed.
