Crew Member / Laborer

We are looking for a dependable crew member / laborer who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in physical work, and wants to be part of a professional excavation and grading team.

Precision grading, excavation, drainage solutions, driveway construction, land clearing, utility work, rock walls, and fine finish work on custom homes, ranches, and rural properties throughout Southwest Colorado.

This is an entry-level position with opportunity for growth within the company. The right person will have the opportunity to learn equipment operation and continue developing skills in excavation, grading, drainage, and site work over time. Daily tasks include working alongside equipment operators and crew leaders performing general site work, hand grading, shovel work, pipe and drainage installation, cleanup, material handling, compaction, layout assistance, and job site preparation. Experience in excavation, landscaping, construction, or heavy equipment environments is preferred but not required for the right person with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Reliable transportation is required and applicants must be willing to work in varying weather and terrain conditions.
